3. Your diet. It is very important as part of the whole process. You have to cut out all bread and any food or drinks made with yeast. Only the yogurt is good for you. This will include wine and beer. You also have to cut down on sugar drastically, cut out cheese and mushrooms as well. Dried fruit also has yeast on it so you have to cut that out as well.
